Sertoma 4-H Center - Recruitment

We are looking for summer staff members who love to work with children! Positions range in length from 2 weeks to 10 weeks. Sertoma 4-H Educational Center currently has openings for the following positions:

Staff needed for 2 weeks only
August 1st - 13th - Cabin Counselors (6)

Staff needed for the full 10 week summer-

Lifeguards & Swim Instructors
Horseback Riding Instructors
Challenge Course Facilitators
Shooting Sports Instructor

What is the Application Process?

Your application will be reviewed and someone will contact you to arrange an interview.

Staff training will start June 2nd and after 1 ½ weeks of training, we will have a great time with our many weeks of summer camp! Please contact the Summer Director with any additional questions. .

Sertoma Specialist Staff 2009

Room and board are included, with salaries that vary depending on experience and background. All staff are program staff and do not live in cabins with campers except cabin counselors between August 1st - 13th 2010. Staff will receive CPR & First Aid training and other certifications as necessary. Laundry facilities are available along with a T1 high speed dedicated internet line. Wifi available in certain areas of camp. Staff have time off during each day and one evening off a week in addition to the weekend, usually Friday noon till Sunday morning. Staff generally carpool together to enjoy all the scenic wonders of Stokes County and/or drive into Winston-Salem for shopping and movie theaters. ACA accredited
